This is an example where STEPS was configured as a mini call centre
to manage Taxis and Trip Bookings that are logged by customers. The
application includes only a few modules: Security, Navigation and
two Governance Items (Taxis and Trip Bookings). (Only a few screen shots have
been included for demonstration purposes;
Below illustrates the Gauteng region with a head Office that will
eventually manage all provinces.
Different call centres can be configured, one
for each province.
Users and groups with their respective access permissions can be
configured.
SMS messages can be sent from the application or from a
stand-alone program with lots
of powerful features.
